The Gym
The Gym is the primary facility for physical conditioning in Dimension 1. It is designed to help new players rapidly increase their Strength and Speed to meet early class requirements.
Location
- Map: Dimension 1
- Directions: From Spawn, head East across the red bridge. It is the large building with glass windows.
Facilities & Equipment
1. Treadmills (Speed)
Outside the main building, you will find a row of treadmills.
- Stat: Speed
- Multiplier: x5 - x10 (depending on which treadmill you use).
- Usage: Run on them to gain Speed XP. Essential for traversing the map faster.
2. Bench Press (Strength)
Inside the building, there are several bench press stations.
- Stat: Strength
- Multiplier: x10.
- Usage: Lie down and lift weights.
- Tactical Tip: This is a Safe Zone, so you can AFK here without worrying about PvP.
3. Squat Rack (Durability/Strength)
- Stat: Mixed (Strength + Durability).
- Multiplier: x8.
NPCs
- Gym Trainer: Offers daily quests like “Run 5km” or “Lift 100 times” for Yen rewards.
- Buff Guy: Sells protein shakes (consumables) that temporarily boost XP gain.

Why is the Gym closed?
It is never closed! If the door is locked, it might be a bug or you are lagging. Try jumping through the windows.
Is there a better gym in Dimension 2?
Yes, Dimension 2 has a “Gravity Chamber” which offers much higher multipliers but requires higher stats to enter without taking damage.
