Requirements:

• Specific Stats: You need to have mastered Chakra to its absolute limit.
• Cost: 50 Quadrillion Yen

• Rinnegan: You absolutely must have a Rinnegan or Tenseigan to complete the look and power set.
• Kaguya: Equip Kaguya for the ultimate Chakra boost.
